Turmeric latte

  • ground turmeric ½ tsp
  • ground ginger ⅛ tsp
  • ground cinnamon ⅛ tsp
  • ground cardamom a pinch
  • brown sugar or maple syrup 2 tsp
  • barista-style dairy-free milk (oat or almond work well) 200ml


  • Step 1

    Tip all of the ingredients into a pan and whisk over a low heat until steaming. Once warm, remove from the heat and whisk vigorously to create a foam on the milk, or use a milk foamer if you have one.

    Step 2

    Taste and add more sugar or maple syrup, if you prefer. Rinse a heatproof mug or cup with boiling water to warm it, then pour in the latte and serve.
